JROTC Promotion Board Practice Test

The primary mission of JROTC is to motivate young people to become better citizens. This focus on citizenship is rooted in the program's core values, which emphasize leadership, responsibility, and civic engagement. JROTC aims to instill a sense of duty, character, and community involvement in cadets, encouraging them to actively participate in their communities and contribute positively to society. While physical fitness, academic support, and preparation for military service are important components of the program, they serve to support the overarching goal of developing engaged and responsible citizens. Through various activities, including leadership training, community service projects, and teamwork exercises, JROTC cultivates qualities that help students grow into well-rounded individuals who are aware of their duties and rights as citizens.
